Conference Fees:

  • If you are attending the full conference, Thursday dinner through Sunday lunch, your meals are packaged with your lodging at $33.00 per night of lodging.
  • Pre-Conference educational workshop:
    • Full-day Workshop: $50.00 plus meals
    • Half-day Workshop: $35.00 plus meals
  • General registration (through July 15, 2013): $150.00 (members) / $175.00 (non-members)
  • Late Registration (beginning July 16, 2013): $175.00 (members) / $175.00 (non-members)
  • Discounted registration available for Sage-ing Guild Leadership, Workshop Presenters, Invited Guests, Conference Planning Team, and Conference Committee members.


To register for the Sage-ing Guild's Conference:
  1. Fill out the registration form below and press the "Register" button. You will be directed to the payment page. (NOTE: registration ends on October 10, 2013)

  2. Send us your payment. We recommend Paypal or credit card to ensure timely registration; payment by check is also an option. Your registration is not complete UNTIL we have received your payment. We will notify you when we receive your payment.

  3. Click on Lodging/Meals to learn about our conference package at Lake Junaluska Conference & Retreat Center. When you book lodging for the full conference (Thursday dinner through Sunday lunch), your meal package of $33.00 per night will include dinner on the night you arrive, through breakfast and lunch on your day of departure.

  4. You can save on lodging costs by having one or more roommates: single/$110, double/$64, triple/$44, or quad/$37. You will need to provide the names of your roommates at the time of booking. If you would like to make contact with others interested in room-sharing, click here.

  5. Register early to guarantee a room conveniently located at the Terrace Hotel, the site for all our events. Call 800-222-4930 between 8:00am and 5:00pm Eastern Daylight Time and book lodging for "the Sage-ing Guild Conference."
